WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF BAPTISM?

baptism is a symbolic representation of a heart that has been submitted to God. It represents death to sin and resurrection in Christ It is an open declaration of an inward decision. Getting baptized is not a Christian FAD or something to do because everybody is doing it. Being baptized is an outward declaration of your decision to be born again.

MEMORY VERSE

ROMANS 6:4
For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism. And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives.
